A common practice in neurophysiology research is to use EEGs to monitor and model brain signals. To improve accessibility for this research, UBC's Multifaceted Innovations in Neurotechnology design team is developing a suite of easy-to-use, open-source components for anyone interested in neurotechnology.

Below is an interactive example of our Neuro-Signal Visualizer component. Developed in TypeScript as a modular React component, it is capable of simulating neuro-signals or receiving signals at speeds of ~256 Hz from a WebSocket or API. To ensure performance, the front-end renders batched updates, which can be dynamically adjusted using the sliders below.
